The Ocean Flower, Maldives wins 4 prestigious Asia Pacific Property awards

Maldives, 10 May 2014 - The Ocean Flower, Maldives has been awarded an amazing four prestigious International Property Awards in the 2014 Asia Pacific regional competition, of which “Architecture Multiple Residence” and “Property Single Unit” even won “Best in Asia Pacific”! The Ocean Flower competed against a high number of developers, architects and agents to receive the following awards:

• Best Property Single Unit Maldives & Asia Pacific
• Best Architecture Multiple Residence Maldives & Asia Pacific
• Best Real Estate Agency Maldives

Paul van de Camp, CEO of Dutch Docklands International, who collected the awards during the Gala dinner at the Shangri-La Hotel in Kuala Lumpur said: “We are very proud and honoured to win four 5 star awards during this year’s fierce competition. The judging panel consists of approximately 70 professionals including Lord Caithness, Lord Best, Lord Courtown, Fiona Nixon, chairman of the Australian Institute of Architects; Patrick Grove, co-founder of IPGA Ltd; and Peter Bolton King, residential professional group director at RICS.
